Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your plan page in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Nothing disappears mid-month.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from your plan page. Changes are prorated, so you only pay for what you use.
What are text-in voice memos?
Link your phone number once, then text a voice memo to your Fieldnote number anytime. It's transcribed, checked against the five story elements, and filed in your story bank, with follow-up questions texted back if anything's missing.
Is my content private?
Yes. Your interview answers, stories, and voice library are tied to your account and never shared. Your words are used only to write content for you.
